  I stopped by just to purchase a phone case and was mostly ignored by three employees that were helping other customers. The exception was a woman that told me and another customer that we had a pretty long wait in a condescending tone of voice. However another employee MIGHT be back from lunch soon. I waited a good 15-20 minutes after I took my time finding a case and felt as if I was not welcome in this store. That is until the other employee came back from lunch. He was very helpful and the only reason this review gets 3 stars. Wouldn't it be helpful to have one employee that's designated to help short sell customers when available? I observed at least two of the employees just chatting with the customers they were helping.
